As per Elketra Fride:

We are honored to have Nine Xi promoted to Captain of the Amazon Celts. Years ago she had lead us to many a victory and will now once again! Warriors will be reporting to Nine for duty and training.

The Commander is back up on her feet as the clan healers have worked yet another miracle bringing the Amazon back from her journey to Isle of the Blest.
