On Picts and Celts
Picts, as it is well known, at one time, are the original inhabitants of the land, driven into the more isolated and less desirable places by migrating Celts. Because of this there has been a long running animosity between the two groups. The Celts denounce the Picts as little, dark, blood thirsty cowardly savages and the Picts decry the Celts as treacherous, extravagant, effete braggarts. Both groups claim they are the polar opposites, though outside observers like the Greeks can't tell the difference between the two groups, beyond the Picts tend to favor brown.
