Looking to find a cure for the madness Elketra, me, Lark, Ndessa, Athena, Cordialla and Sung started journey to seek out the wisest peoples to see what they cure they could recommend. First we went to an outpost of Egpyt, the land of the Black Earth, said to have the most learned priests and magicians in the land. While we found a temple that talked about the struggle of the gods of light verses the gods of darkness we found little to up us there.

Then Sung then recommended we go to the island of Minoas, for the people of the Bull Jumpers were equally clever and cunning since the contained the savage father minotaur in their labyrinth. While we encountered no scholars, doctors or priests there we did see the Place of King Minos himself.

A lofty hall with many room with in rooms filled with many jewels, gilded walls, marbles and other precious items. While I have seen bigger in the land of Romans and the Egyptians the Minoans have a peculiar and elegant style all their own. Still what free person needs more than two rooms in their own house? Seems excessive and wasteful to me. Civilization for you.

Under the place of Kind Minos was the infamous labyrinth. Unable to resist such a challenge Elketra boldly declared we should try our strength against the father minotaur himself! The bones of his victims lie scattered in those dark and twisting passages. Athena herself was overcome by the labyrinths traps but we were able to rescue her. Finally we penetrated into the very lair of father minotaur himself!

Only to find it empty.

Is father minotaur a fable of the cunning Minoans for their own devious ends? I know not. Only I say the set of the that huge beast and it was empty.

Our joinery continue.
